✏ Welcome To My Blog ✏ About Me! Nadia Bauman, otherwise known as Catsnore, is an illustrator, designer, and writer based in Cleveland, Ohio. She is passionate about children’s picture books, toy design, and merchandising. Having graduated with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts from the Cleveland Institute of Art, Nadia majored in Illustration and minored in Creative Writing. Inspired by scary campfire stories from all around the world, food that’s so delicious you go for seconds, the beauty of nature and all its inhabitants, and the wonders of the imagination, Nadia has an interest in both the spooky and the cutesy, and often combines these two aesthetics to form captivating, unique, and whimsical narratives for everyone to enjoy. Working primarily in digital media, her fantastical work focuses heavily on textured line art, lively compositions, vibrant color palettes, and a plethora of loveable - and sometimes monstrous - characters.
